Dancers and caregivers will start each class with circle time. Classes will include exploration of movement concepts as well as foundational skills such as jumping, leaping, crawling, and more.
Each week students will explore a new adventure theme! Dancers will learn movement concepts as well as foundational skills such as jumping, leaping, and hopping. Plus they will explore a variety of technical dance styles including ballet, jazz, acrobatics, tap, and more.
Each week dancers will explore ballet technique plus another style of dance to include: hip-hop, jazz dance, and acrobatics. In each unit they will learn basic technique and terminology. In each class dancers will have the opportunity to explore their own movement style and nurture their creativity through improvisation.
Dancers will explore basic steps at the ballet barre as well as in the center. They will work on mastery of ballet terminology. Dancers will begin learning traveling steps and will start working on mastering longer combinations of steps.
Dancers will focus on mastery of basic steps and terminology. They will focus on staying grounded and creating rectangles with their body while mastering skills such as isolations, bounces, coffee grinders, and basic top rocks.

This is for dancers with at least one year of previous acrobatics experience. Dancers will focus on proper hand placement and body alignment with emphasis on the muscles and flexibility required to perform proper technique. Students will learn skills and progressions such as bridges, pre-handstands and handstands, pre-cartwheels and cartwheels, somersaults, forward rolls, tuck jumps, and more.
This is for dancers with at least two years of previous acrobatics experience. Dancers will focus on proper hand placement and body alignment with emphasis on the muscles and flexibility required to perform proper technique. Students will learn skills and progressions such as headstands, backward rolls, bridge kick overs, handstand holds, chest stands, and more.
A fabulous and fun dance fitness class! We'll work on balance, coordination, memory retention, mobility, and cardiovascular fitness - all while enjoying fun dance moves to some sweet tunes! Wear something comfortable that you can move in and dance with us in this 5-week session.
